Shipping & Delivery

Please note that all goods will be shipped within 2-5 working days upon order confirmation:​

​UK: Delivery within 1-3 working days
EU: Delivery within 2-4 working days (please note orders may be subject to import tax).
Rest of World: Delivery within 5-7 working days (please note orders may be subject to import tax).

We use is Royal Mail signed and tracked services. 

Refund & Exchange

We aim to provide the best-in-class shopping experience to all our customers. ​

​If the goods that you have purchased are not suitable for you, we provide 14 days of exchange and return from the date your order was received.

Please kindly note that we only take return / exchange if the item are:
  1. In its original condition 
  2. Brand new, unused / undamaged
  3. The original tag from Hype Zeus and labels need to be kept on.
  4. All items need to be sent back with an outer box for protection purposes.

If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.

Any item purchased in a sale, or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit.

How To Return

For any return / exchange enquiries, please email info@hypezeus.com and make a note of  your order number, and your reason for returning / exchanging.

When Will I Receive My Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 2-7 working days.
